Abstract (EN)

The banks, established on economic system, are important institutions that provide work of economy through collecting and distributing funds. The banks, acting in the credit market that is sensitive, exercise vital function in national and international level. Also, they have inevitable role in general economic policy. In banking sector, to penetrate into market while controling the corporate overhead and all other risks related to credit exposure, so having constantly growing customer portfolio connected with mainly to correct pricing policy. Commercial banks are the most important financial institutions that collect deposits and other funds and issues loans. Banks issue loans by adding a profit margin to the cost of resources. It means, the cost of resources effects bank?s credit pricing and profitability. The concept of cost of resourses means the cost of pool wich includes deposits, repurchase agreement, the credits, the resources provided from interbank money market and other liabilities. In the thesis, the determining of the cost of resources and credit pricing methods have been researched. The datas for 2006 of s Bank have been taken to calculate the cost of resources and credit pricing. And also, the certain affects on credit pricing has been evaluated according to the Basel II Capital Adequacy.
