Abstract (EN)

Electrical And Optical Properties Of TiO2 / Graphene Composite Due to nanotechnology, which is one of the innovations brought about by continuously developing science and technology nano composite materials have begun to be used in new generation devices. By means of these materials, more efficient solutions are provided to the need of qualified materials in the field of industry and technology. In this study, composite materials based on Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), reinforced with graphene were produced and the electrical and optical properties of the produced composite materials were investigated. The graphene used as reinforcement material was produced by liquid phase exfoliation method. Titanium dioxide, used as matrix material, is commercially available for the first group of samples and is produced by the sol-gel method for the second group of samples. Graphene were added to commercially available and sol-gel-produced titanium dioxide powders at different ratios. The G materials used as reinforcing material were subjected to TEM examination. Composite materials obtained were investigated structurally by SEM. Subsequently, the changes in the electrical conductivity of these composites were measured under temperature influence. The optical properties of the samples were determined by taking UV-vis spectrometers. As a result of the electrical measurements of the produced composite materials due to the temperature; a decrease in the electrical conductivity value was observed with the addition of the reinforcement element in both sample groupsIn addition, it has been found that the TiO2-containing composites produced by the sol-gel method have lower electrical conductivities, especially at high temperature values, than the TiO2-containing composites already provided. In the optical measurements made, it was observed that the increase of the forbidden energy range values with G reinforced, however, it is observed that there is a decrease in reflectance values.
