Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to identify the importance of Total Quality Management and Human Resource Management Systems and to examine the employee perception, working in Human Resource Management, of Total Quality Management. For this purpose, the Total Quality Management philosophy is explained in the first part, and Human Resources Management practices are explained in detail in the second part of the research. In addition, it was emphasized how these two concepts affect each other and the direction in which the perceptions of human resources employees are. In the third part, a survey was conducted with 100 participants working in the field of human resources. The data, obtained in this process, were evaluated with IBM SPSS 25 program. Frequency analysis, reliability test, T-test and Anova tests were applied in the data analysis part. As a result of the study, the importance of HRM practices and the human factor for realizing TQM philosophy has been approved.
