Abstract (EN)

In this study, AlSi10Mg alloys were produced using the Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) method under an argon atmosphere at a temperature of 520 °C, a pressure of 35 MPa, and a holding time of 4 minutes. Microstructural, mechanical, and density analyses were carried out on the sintered, solution-treated, and aged specimens of the produced AlSi10Mg alloys. Microstructural examinations were conducted using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and SEM/EDS analyses. To determine the mechanical properties, three-point bending tests and microhardness measurements were performed. In the aged specimens, hardness measurements taken at one-hour intervals revealed a linear increase in hardness values, with the highest microhardness value obtained at the 13th hour. The highest bending strength values were also recorded in the aged samples. Additionally, the sintered samples achieved high relative density values of up to 98%.
