Abstract (EN)
The public role and responsibilities of the state have changed with the influence of neo-liberal practices in the world. Along with the neoliberal paradigm, it has also transformed in the public service. The reflection of this paradigm change on health services has been with the Health Transformation Project (HTP) in our country. Health services have been the public sphere where the effects of change are felt. The effects of HTP on the organization, financing, presentation and labor affairs of health services are analyzed and discussed. This study evaluates health as a whole with its social determinants. We have a conflict of health economic politics with the principles of medical ethics, the effect of health services and the medical profession, combined with the physicians, the stereotypical orthodoxy and the stereotypical orthodoxy. Carried out research using the method of in-depth investigation on a voluntary basis with specialist physicians working in secondary hospitals in five large towns of the province.
