Abstract (EN)

The most important details while designing an instrumentation amplifier for using biomedical applications are have low input referred noise and low input referred offset voltage. To design instrumentation amplifier with these spesifications there are many techniques like chopping and autozeroing. In many articles and books reducing the input noise and offset voltage with these techniques have proven. The aim of this work is to design a Ping-Pong-Pang CFIA amplifier which has better performance for biomedical applications with using some of these techniques. Before starting the design, MOSFET's design parameters have extracted with using the ACM Parameter extraction method for better simulation results. These parameters have used for amplifer design. The simulation results prove the efficiency of the Ping-Pong-Pang CFIA amplifier.
