Abstract (EN)
In addition to applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee ABD consumer courts, which are methods of resolving consumer disputes within the scope of the law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, meditation in our legal system has also been introduced by the new regulation. The subject of our study is the separation of alternative solutions and the methods of application of mediation in consumer law.
