Abstract (EN)

Stalking which can be committed by the perpetrator himself, through a third person or with the help of technology, sharing his pictures on the Internet, disseminating embarrassing or inaccurate information about the victim, is defined as a crime in many countries. Stalking is not regulated as a felony under 5237 numbered Turkish Criminal Code. The main purpose of this study is to create an exemplary criminal norm.
