Abstract (EN)
In the study, the crime of financing terrorism is explained within the scope of Turkish Criminal Law. In the first part of the study, the concepts of crime and punishment are defined and the types of crime and the elements of crime are explained in general, the words terror and terrorism are defined conceptually, the types, elements, causes and purposes of terror and terrorism are explained, and regulations and terrorist crimes in national legislation are expressed. In the second part of the study, the financing of terrorism, its elements and the crime of financing terrorism, the financing of terrorism in national legislation, the nature and sources of financing terrorism are discussed, and the crime of financing terrorism is examined in the context of the theory of crime.
