For this purpose, respectively; the concepts of e-commerce, e-export and micro export were discussed, e-export potentials were detailed, advantages and disadvantages of using electronic markets for entrepreneurs were evaluated. The research method was designed as a questionnaire consisting of open-ended questions. Within the scope of the research, in-depth data were obtained from a narrow sample and the collected data were analyzed descriptively. 32 entrepreneurs were consulted in order to describe the problems faced by Turkish entrepreneurs in global online channels. This study consists of six parts. As a result of the study, entrepreneurs who are involved in e-Export activities through global online channels are experiencing problems with the most payment, logistics, trust, language and customs regulations in their operational processes. Entrepreneurs find solutions to the problem of receiving payment as the most important problem within their means. There are risks regarding the continuity and safety of these solutions. It is seen that micro export application, which facilitates e-export operations, facilitates the transactions but it is not enough.
