Abstract (EN)
The economic instability of Turkey that is caused by economic crisis, inflation and devaluation negatively affects the agreements constructed betweensides. This effect is mostly imposed on the negatively affected side on account ofthe principle of pacta sund servanda which is also the essential principle of ourlaw system. The application difficulties which are occurred after theestablishment of the agreement can not change the agreement. However, theremay be some cases that extremely complicate the execution of the agreementwithout the faulty of sides. In those cases, it is unfair to force the responsible sidefor the execution of the agreement. In this study, the unexpected situations in credit contracts and thecapability and possibility of judge for revising the agreement at the occurrence ofthose situations are examined
