The property, a part of Turkish Laws

The property policy, a part of Turkish Civil laws, is interested in family laws. The Property policy covers mates' right and responsbilities, especially the using and managing, of the properties which are gained before or during the marriage, or the position of the third person. The whole rights on usage or sharing of the properties that mates gained, are named as "Property Policy Between the Mates".In our System of Laws, more than one system of policy have been developed to offer more alternatives to manage the property, instead of constructing one single policy. One of the policies is "the Legal Property Policy". The Legal Property Policy is not compulsory but that will work if mates don't make any contract for properties. Property Policies in Turkish Civil Laws: The Legal Property Policy (TCL 202/1) joining gained properties (TCL 218/241) The Selective Property Policies (TCL 202/2) the policy of division of properties (TCL 242/243) the policy of sharing of properties (TCL 244/245) he policy of common using of properties (TCL256/281) The Extraordinary Proerty Policy (TCL 206/212) The accepted property policy indicates whether the property is shared or not, after the marriage is ended or cancelled. If the sides don't want a share agreement then "The Policy of Seperation of Property" will be applied. The sort and the procedure of sharing is decided by accepted property policy. 'Property policies end in some ways. Those are death of a mate, accepting a different property policy, divorce, cancellation of marriage and changing of existing policy into the policy of seperation of property by judge. When property policies end, property policy is clarified. After clarifying, mates' assets are emerged. Those assets are collected by Law of Debts. In an inagreement, the clarifying trial is executed. IIProperty policies are also related with "the Law of Inheritance" regarding living mate's legal inheritance rights. The inheritance laws can be applied during the clarifying process.
