The share of partnership arrangementin Turkish Zoning Law

Share of Partnership Arrangment is the most encounteret application of zoning in everyday life. Despite this instituation has edited too detailed in article 18, from variety of cases and applications made, it is determined that, the instituation has not understood enough and there are many lack of law in the article. Especially precieved as a direct intervention in property rights because of rate povided by law, it is suggested that, this oplication is unconstituanial and breach of international conventions recognizing the right of ownership.İn our study taking into account these criticsms, compliance with law, regulation will be examined primarily and than taking into account the deficiencies in the applications of high courts decisions to be determined, finally some suggestions will be made at the solution of problems.İn our study, it is tried to detail of explain of judgements which has given by Supreme Court and Council Of State and opinions at the doctrin and tried to be dedetcet the problems of practice.
