The concept of motivation and an application on investigation of factors at Turkish construction sector

The human factor is the main factor for the basis of new technological developments in the construction sector focused production. Due to the complex nature of human are items of structure that can be controlled with the most difficult. For this reason, obtain high yields and canalize from employees in business which often seen high risk environments and low job security such as construction sector is extremely important. Combining the goals of individuals with the goals of the organization and work of the organization which aims to increase job satisfaction and productivity motivation techniques are the forefront of people centered approach. effective method of motivation leads to high performance results achieved in organizational efficiency. The purpose of this study is that examines the factors which affect employees job satisfaction and motivation and impact of workplace productivity at Turkish construction sector. Besides, to the socio-demographic characteristics and safety criteria of workers in the construction industry is to obtain data on the organizational efficiency of workplace performance levels. The questionnaire prepared for this purpose is applied to the technical staff in the construction industry and the results were analyzed.
