Achieving the motivation and efficiency of manpower is very important in terms of project success. The purpose of this study is; to analyze the factors affecting the wages in order to create a compensation system that can increase the motivation and efficiency of the technical staff working in the Turkish construction sector. The results of the study has shown that both the demographic characteristics of the employee and the company/project features are effective on the wages of technical staff. In addition, it has been determined that the organizational justice perceptions of the employees are low due to the existing wage systems within the industry.
