Abstract (EN)

In this study, the study of "Green Acid Corrosion Prevention Reaction and Thermodynamic Parameters of Turkish Coffee on Carbon Steel(C) L 80 in Hydrochloric Acid (HCI) Environment" was conducted. Acidification with hydrochloric acid is applied to increase the permeability of oil reservoirs and to ensure the cleanliness of oil wells. This method causes corrosion in the oil well's equipment and pipes used for drilling and production over time. For this reason, it is important to prevent corrosion of the HCl used on carbon steel L80. Environmentally friendly green inhibitors are used in corrosion prevention studies. The aim of this study is to calculate the corrosion rate and to calculate and evaluate the anti-corrosion effectiveness by performing weight loss test and surface studies. Calculations of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 g weight loss method of anti-corrosion Turkish coffee at 30, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 °C and corrosion rate of 3, 4, 5, 6 hours were made. . Afterwards, the inhibition efficiencies E% and the surface coverage Ɵ by the inhibitor were calculated. In addition, the activation energy Ea, the heat of adsorption ΔHads, and the reaction parameters in the thermodynamic equilibrium state were investigated during the corrosion process. The constant (K) for the adsorption process, the change in Gibbs free energy ΔGads and the entropy change ΔSads during the adsorption process were calculated, and the experimental data of the adsorption equilibrium were evaluated with the Langmuir isotherm in the experiments carried out at different temperatures. The obtained results showed that the Langmuir isotherm model is more suitable. The obtained results showed that the corrosion inhibitor is a good corrosion inhibitor for C - Steel L 80 alloy in Turkish coffee, 15 % HCl in acidic medium. In addition, SEM, EDX and FTIR analyzes were performed for surface studies, showing that the metal surface was protected with a Turkish coffee inhibitor.
