Abstract (EN)
In this study which was prepared as a doctoral thesis, concerted action, a behavior violating competition and regulated in the article 4 of the Law numbered 4054 on the Protection of Competition, was examined. In our study, because of the fact that the disruptive and limiting effect of the concerted action on the competition with the developing technology is realized more quickly and easily than in other types of cooperation, we aimed to examine the influences and consequences of this action together with its realization terms, especially with regard to the law. In this context, the definition, historical development, elements, conditions of realization, and especially the influences and consequences of this action have been discussed and examined with a legal approach in the light of the decisions of the Competition Council.
