Abstract (EN)
In this study, six inscription regions (Mongolia, Yenisei, Kyrgyzstan, Mountainous Altai, Chinese regions and those written on paper) were identified. The lists of the inscription regions were given in the study and data material was created based on these lists. The written data obtained here were evaluated under four main headings in terms of word construction. The data evaluated under the main headings of noun from noun, verb from noun, noun from verb, noun from verb and verb from verb were formed by giving examples and information about the relevant inscription. Due to the fact that the Turkish runic texts are the first written texts, the etymological processes of the word were also discussed while evaluating the word formation processes in the examples where the root form of the existing lexical elements, especially those with advanced element characteristics, could not be identified, rather than the lexicalization processes.
