Abstract (EN)

Social security systems aren?t able to answer to all the needs for whole world with changes of social, economic and demograpfic factors. Breakdowning of actuarial stability and active-passive rate influenced economics of countries with negatively, due to this, with advise of The World Bank, social security systems with three steps are performed in the world. The third and the most important step of this new system, private pension system, become to be sucessful in the countries in which this system in used, contribute to economic progress and increase individual savings. Then, this new idea which starts in the lately 1990?s becomes to dominate the social security system reform.With this reform, The Law of Individual Retirement Saving and Investment are made. Also with this reform and related arrangements, private pension system starts to become. The purpose of this study is to examine structure and process of private pension system and Turkish Social Security System. In the first chapter, nation of social security, social security systems and the structure of Turkish Social Security Systems are handled. In the second chapter private pension systems which is on the third step of social security systems are examined and country practises are mentioned which is caused of private pension are given point to. In the third chapter; Structure and process of Individual Retirement System in Turkey. Social security system are examined with details and macro economic effects of individual retirement systems are given point to. Key Words: 1) Social Security , 2) Insurance , 3) Administrating.
