Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this work is to study sistematical imposition of Russian culture and language during the Tsar's period in Russia basing upon the scientific articles in "Turkistanskiye Vedomosti" newspaper, National Archieve of the Government of the Respublic of Uzbekhistan (NAGRU), Central Historical Archieve of the Army of USSR (USSR CIAA) and the documents of the National Archieve of the Government of the Respublic of Kazakhstan (NAGRK). In order to prove the information made by comparative analyze we used secret documents and reports and researches of the scientists and historians of Tsar's period. The thesis consists of four main parts. In the first part we studied the purpose of foundation, history and activities of "Turkistanskiye Vedomosti" newspaper. In the second part we studied Russian administrative sistem, land politics, settling off Russian people and assimilating methods of Russians in Türkistan. In the third part, which forms the main subject of our thesis, educational politics of Tsar's Russia, imposition of Russian culture and aims and activities of the Russian shools were studied in details. Also we used documents of the First Congress of Russian secondary shools about disussions of how the imposement of Russian culture should be at the beginning of XX century. In the fourth part we gave the reaction of Türkistan inhabitants against the educational and cultural politics of Russians.
