The Customs Union for industrial products is fully effective but forthe Agricultural products it is particular. To actualizate the free movement ofsgricultural products between Turkey and European Community, Turkey mustaccord of its legal system about Agriculture into European Community. Becausecommon agricultural politics is one of the most important politics for EuropeanCommunity and is one the first politics in its own.In the first section, there are some informations about Customs Unionbetween Turkey and Euroepan Community and some legal and basic texts.In the second section, the are some given informations which are aboutcommon agricultural politics between Turkey and European Community. Andalso some definitions about agricultural goods and processed agricultural goods.And also informations are paraphrased about the problems of agriculturalgoods in trade and the customs procedures.In the third section, the common agricultural politics, and its purpose,principles are paraphrased.
