The reasons for the turkish students in Turkey being sent to the USA to receive mba education there and the comparisons of MBA programs in Turkey with the MBA programs in turkey

In this study, MBA programs in the United States of America and the MBA programs in Turkey are compared in terms of courses, course contents, course credits and the tuition fees.The scope of the study is the universities in the U.S.A which have MBA programs and the universities in Turkey which have MBA programs. In the study, it is not possible to cover the whole scope. Therefore, four well-known universities from the U.S.A and Turkey have been chosen as samples. During the study, the information about the courses, course contents, credits, tuition fees is obtained using the web pages of the universities. MBA programs in the United States of America and the MBA programs in Turkey are compared in terms of courses, course contents, course credits and the tuition fees.Based on the study results the following data have been found out;1.Having studied in the U.S.A under good conditions, the students coming back to Turkey work with limited opportunities in Turkey in various institutions and at universities.2.The majority of the students going to the U.S.A with the scholarship of YÖK, find better job opportunities there and do not come back to Turkey.3.There are not such big differences that make the U.S.A universities preferable when MBA programs in the United States of America and the MBA programs in Turkey are compared in terms of courses, course contents, and course credits .4.There is a considerable difference between the tuition fees of the universities in the U.S.A and the tuition fees of the universities in Turkey. The MBA education received in the U.S.A costs about 50.000 $ annually, whereas the similar education costs about 2.000 $ per year.At the end of the study, possible solutions to the problems mentioned have been suggested.
