Abstract (EN)
When it became clear that running governance duties via legislation, execution and justice would rather become paralytic, an urgent need for change set itself as a main agenda. In this manner; search for solutions has been carried out over issues that are of great interest to general portions of society, such as energy, competition, communications, banking etc. In general, solutions are delivered through independent governance authority bodies and regulatory applications. When looking for answers in solutions, it is of critical essence to gather the answers of questions such as; "how did this solution come to be", "how and where it was practiced", "how it should be applied in Turkey" while doing this also seeking the positive aspects and potential problems of regulatory implementations of independent governance throughout the world, would bring ease in determining points of consideration.
