Application for home care services in the world and Turkey

As a historical structure, the social welfare state has been shaped on the basis of creating social security institutions and spreading justice in order to improve the welfare level of the society and accelerated the development of human rights and the social rights they have. Has caused many problems are emerging in many areas, and to reconsider the requirements of demographic change in this direction, especially in health and social services in the world and Turkey. With the development of the concept of social state all over the world, countries have adopted home care services as an alternative service model in order to solve these outstanding problems. In this study, the concept of social state mentality that stands out in the framework of home care services, finance, described the advantages and discernable lag between Turkey and developed in line with the current state of the home care services in the world and developing home care services offered in the country by country examples. eliminating the deficiencies in the framework of a model country in accordance with the terms and conditions offered by comparative evaluations of home care services in Turkey are given for the development of the information.
