In the period between 1980 and 2006, twenty five years, it is estimatedthat the sum of the privatization income equals to the one tenth of the world per capita.On a world wide scale when we look into public investments, the problemswhich they cause, the obligation of privatization and its emergence, it is clear that on thebase of the economic crisis in our country, these institutions play an important role andprivatization is a significant means for the solution.When we investigate the applications of the privatization in our country, with anintense propaganda it is introduced as a key to solve any problems in the economy.However, while realizing the privatization process, always wrong practices werecommitted, lost of truth was hidden from the publicHowever public, the real owner of the institutions, should be in formed aboutpublic investments and privatization, Turkish people should be consulted to.
