Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the current study is; to explain the term Regulation and Supervision Agency (RSA), to elaborate on the development of these agencies around the world, and to investigate and provide information about Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) by the analysis of function-revenue and budgetary structures of the Regulation and Supervision Agencies. At the outset of the current study; the term Regulation and Supervision Agency, emerging of such agencies, enlargement process, development and specifications are covered. Then, a few samples of Regulation and Supervision Agency around the world are presented. In the second part, Regulation and Supervision Agencies' emerging and development processes in Turkey are handled. Furthermore, administration structures and types are presented. In third and last section, BRSA's (banking regulation and Supervision Agency) last ten years of budget was investigated, expressed income budget and situation of formation, situation of approprition and expenditures in situation of formation related to these years by means of charts, put forwarded approprition and situation of expenditure by means of grafics. Budget of agency, by comparing with DDK (regulation and Supervision agency) and budget of central management, was put forwarded.
