Abstract (EN)

Turkey and the Federal Republic of Germany in the early 1950s show significant similarities in terms of the relationship particularly with the United States and basic foreign trade policy. In addition to these similarities, it is seen that the two countries have signed various commercial agreements. The aim of this study is to evaluate the trade agreement between Turkey and the Federal Republic of Germany that the country has recorded two perform is to realize value growth for the 1950-1955 period. During this period, Turkey's foreign trade policy is based on the council of ministers decisions. Commercial agreements with the Federal Republic of Germany during the period 1950-1955 are included in the council of ministers decisions dated 03.05.1952 and 25.11.1953 and these decisions are examined within the framework of the historical research method.
