Abstract (EN)
In this case, food industry's rivalry power should be increased in our country. To achieve this aim, agriculture and food industry integration should be expanded, raw material production should be increased and diverisfied, efficiency of minor production firms should be increased, R&D studies should be expanded with tecnological innovation changes in all field of food sectors, quality administration systems should be established and structural changes should be occured as usined effectively.In this study, it is reached to 127 firms via face to face, telephone and net connections. Founded datas interpreted by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS programmes. Firstly, in the study, R&D predisposition of food industry was investigated by defining firm profiles. Hence, general profile of Turkey food industry has tried to be drawn from the obtaining datas. Evaluated these datas obtained from studies, solution tools are provided which intended for sector which supplies the more advanced our country about food industry, institutions and organizations which give support and incentives and political structures (ministry etc.).
