Developing the Turkish economy; The use of energy resources will facilitate the reduction of foreign dependency and will make the energy sector a key sector. In the energy realm, we see the value of energy, which is suitable to call optimal energy. The criteria for determining the optimal energy are to evaluate the cost, the extent of damage to human health, environmental pollution factors and sustainability.
