The development process of consturction and industrial sectors and comparison of employee and employer profile of these two sectors

In this study, the development process of the construction and industrial sectors are summarized AND and it is aimed to evalute both sectors from the point of employees and employers. A questionnaire consisting of similar questions is applied to workers and employers in the construction and industry sector and obtained data are analyzed and results are evaluated. The study consists of 3 parts. In the first part, the construction sector is considered. In this section, the definition of the construction industry, it's historical development, current situation and relation whit other sectors are examined. In the second part, the industrial sector was assessed and evaluated. In the last section, for the determination of the common and the different parts of the sectors, a questionnaire was applied to the spokesman of the employers and the employers of these two sectors. The results of the questionnaire was evaluated.
