Exchange had been caused lots ofproblem. Settling was the one of this. The new false settling had been caused the newemigration. Lack of health, education and employment had affected citizens negatively.However exchange had been brought social adaptation troubles for natives.Neverthelless, practice and labour force had been useful wich have passed fromimmigrant?s for natives. Nationalization is performed thanles to immigrants who hadbrought to Turkey.On this study; how to affect the exchange process in terms of the economical-social-cultural of the cities are to dwelled upon.
