Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTAfter the indepence war an exchange has been put on the agenda betweenthTurkey and Greeek. A contract had been singed on 30 of January 1923. With thiscontract, Turkish citizens which are settled in Grek that having Müslims have beenstexchanged since on 1 May of 1923 as mandatory. mmigrants had many traiblesduring the mandatory exchange.Republic city and towns had turned into ruins. Exchange had been caused lots ofproblem. Settling was the one of this. The new false settling had been caused the newemigration. Lack of health, education and employment had affected citizens negatively.However exchange had been brought social adaptation troubles for natives.Neverthelless, practice and labour force had been useful wich have passed fromimmigrant?s for natives. Nationalization is performed thanles to immigrants who hadbrought to Turkey.On this study; how to affect the exchange process in terms of the economical-social-cultural of the cities are to dwelled upon.
