Abstract (EN)

It is observed that there is a rapid construction with the concentration of the population in today's cities. In the cities where the building stock increases, the buildings wear out and lose their qualifications due to various reasons. Problems such as strengthening, revision and demolition of these structures are encountered. It is seen that when this issue is combined with the earthquake, loss of life and property occurs. In order to prevent damage to occur in the event of a possible earthquake, the urban transformation was needed where contractors, public and floor owners, who are different stakeholders, unite at a common point and a legislation was created for their agreements. evaluating the results of different stakeholders problems in urban transformation projects in Turkey were discussed. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted with 550 people residing in Istanbul. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 22 program. When the study is considered in general, it can be said that the stakeholders cannot fully comply with each other, cannot make joint decisions, and therefore urban transformation projects cannot be carried out efficiently.
