Abstract (EN)

Countries care to develop diplomatic relations with eachother in international arena. Many countries have affairs with another country for their own benefits. But, affairs of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina is different. Turks and Bosniaks shared same destiny for long time. They tied eachother in terms of religional and cultural. Nowadays, these situation has been going on with same importance. In this thesis, it was dealt that political and economical relations of Turkey with Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1990 and 2010. This study was started from Ottoman Period of Bosnia to be able to understand relations of Turks and Bosniaks best nowadays. In the going on chapthers, Kingdom of Yugoslavia and Yugoslavia Federal Republic was taken part. Administrative and Political structure of Bosnia was explained to be able to understand relations of two countries best. Main chapters of thesis are determined as ''Political Relations between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina'' and ''Economical Relations between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina''. In these chapters, political and economical agreements of two countries was explained. Hypothesis of this study is that Bosnia can be a country that stand on its own legs with supports of Turkey and Turkey prevents a war like Bosnia war again by bringing Balkan region countries together.
