Abstract (EN)

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a linear method to measure the relative performances of decision criteria using inputs and outputs that have different measurement units. With the use of this method provides to know which decision-making department is active and input to the output conversion failures of inactive decision-making departments. In this study, using the method of DEA, arising from the use of energy sources in 35 countries, including Turkey, to transform into greenhouse gas relative performances are compared. Also, about the effects of greenhouse gases and the recorded steps, impact on the world, countries, on the basis of studies have examined issues such as measures and policies are being implemented and analyzed in detail in Turkey's position on climate change. Keywords : Data Envelopment Analysis, Greenhouse Gases, Efficiency
