Abstract (EN)
The legal aspect and requirement of private hospitals in the institution of medical services in Turkey ' Private hospitals have legal bases in Turkish health service institution at the present. Also, the legality for private hospitals takes a long time in the past. Mainly in the constitution and in many other laws; various rules dealing private hospital institution and affairs are mentioned. So, the presence of private hospitals are as legal as the state hospitals'. Being legal and legitimate, private hospitals are necessary in the system for their management type,high productivity and economy.Also, there should be competition in the medical services in Turkey. Official health services, getting very little share from the budget are both insufficient and nonproductive. Neither patients nor the staff are satisfied. The medical services are influenced cowered population and bureaucracy negative. The economic sources in public medical services not to be enough. Because, state offers public services in very large area. Complaints of citizens about official health services, continuously criticized by media. Support of government for private hospitals; being proposed as a solution for Turkish medical services system's problems. Private hospitals using advanced medical technology.offering low cost, high quality medical service, will be leading assistance to government, in free competition. Government should make legal arrangements encouraging ptivate hospital institution, it isn't right that to be prejudiced negative about private hospitals.
