Turkey motif field study on the concept of tears song text

Folk songs, which are the products of Turkish folk literature personally created by the people, reflect the individual and social life experiences of the people who are the creators, their common feelings such as love, separation, longing, despair, joy, attitudes and attitudes towards national events such as migration and war, social and economic conditions are among the important resources to be consulted. In this context, by scanning the folk songs included in "TRT TÜRK HALK MÜZİĞI SÖZLÜ ESERLER ANTOLOJİSİ" the classification of the mentioned folk songs in terms of subject, especially the concepts of cry and tears and their derivatives which constitute the motif of tears, are subjected to quantitative analysis in which subjects and contexts are used in these folk songs. It has been tried to interpret and reach certain results. In addition, the distribution of the mentioned folk songs according to the regions is also taken into consideration.
