Abstract (EN)
The concept of education has an ancient history as humanity. From past to present; education is one of the most important events shaping the future which is a field that undergoes great evolution with the development of technology. Nowadays, classrooms started to leave their places to virtual classes with the evolution of education. The models of education and learning have changed and it has become easier to reach information in parallel with these technological developments. However, this situation has brought many negativities. The aim of this study is; to reveal a study about quality of online education, to get under control of productivity or sustainability of online education and to benefit from this system while education models are changing. The first part of the study consists of an academic literature review. This section is included: concepts of education, online education, sustainability and design; history of online training in the world and in Turkey; key issues and critical approach about online education programs in Turkey. In the second section, information and findings related with the research are given. The third part is included the mobile application project called TASAPP which is supported by a survey for sustainable online design education. In this section, the design summary, aim, flowchart, interface designs and project objectives of the mobile application project are included.
