Abstract (EN)
Citizenship is an indispensable concept of modern societies which has different meanings throughout the history within the framework of developing rights and demands. This study aimed to describe distance between political status of citizenship and implementations in the society. Correlation between citizenship and political issues in Turkey throught the history will be examined in this study. Furthermore this study will focus on Spain, United States and Germany within the framework of the citizenship practices and try to make a comparative analysis with the transformation of citizenship in Turkey.
