Judgeing of foreign military persons in Turkey

During the history of humanity, it is known that there were made agreements amongneighbour countries, continent countries and intercontinental countries. Rising up theintercontinental alliances and alliance necessities, it is become widespread the charging ofmutual military personel. Nowadays, we are seing that the countries send soldiers mutually inorder to the effects of the globalization. There occurs some disagreements on dependent oflaw and crimes in the country where these soldiers are in charge.Justice Authority is assembled with State Authority about the foreign soldiers who arein service in Turkey; Justice Authority which is thought concerning the Sovereignty Rights;General Rules of International Law; ?Among the Side Countries to the North Atlantic TreatyConcerning the Treaty of Statute of Forces? and the other international treaties. In the lightsof these evaluations, in which conditions foreign soldiers are dependent on the TurkishMilitart Justice or Turkish Judicial Justice are examined.The discussion about the conditions that the foreing soldiers dependent on the TurkishMilitary Justice is being executed in three main titles. One of the main title is thearrangement conditions of 155, 157, 158, 164 and 174 paragraph in the Military PenaltyLaw. The second title is the anticipated conditions in the ?Among the Side Countries to theNorth Atlantic Treaty Concerning the Treaty of Statute of Forces? and ?Among the SideCountries to the North Atlantic Treaty and other Countries participated in BIO Programconcerning Treaty of Statute of Forces ?. In the last title the conditions about the authorityjustice accepted by the bilateral treaties are examined.
