Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to reveal the phylogenetic relationship between the populations of Loxosceles rufescens species in Turkey, to achieve this purpose; phylogenetic analysis' have been performed on samples from İzmir, Antalya, Hatay, Gaziantep provinces which was previously stored in Anadolu University Zoology Museum. Even though there are several studies carried out about Turkey's L. rufescens species, knowledge related to this topic is vague. Furthermore, due to the poison it contains the sample ranges were narrowed in these phylogenetic studies on L. rufescens. In this study, with the result phylogenetic relationship between different populations of L. rufescens, the similarities and the differences between the populations is presented, thus more accurate and sufficient information about the distribution of this specie in Turkey.
