Turkey formation process of the new economy

The world economy, in recent years economic, sociological, technological changes and especially in the new economy, expressed as developments in information and communication technology, affects all economic units. Law of diminishing returns rather than increasing production through the use of knowledge as a factor of production effeciencies law in force and market while reducing the barriers to entry and exit to have a information knowladge, increasing competition. In this study, the new economic phenomenon, The conceptual framework defininf characteristicsi rules, studies on the effects of the new economic development process in Turkey will be assessed.
