Foreing capital usage of the banking sector in Turkey and its effect on domestic credit

Banking sector‟s role is increasing in financial sektör with each passing day. The most important facility of Banks supply fund to financial system. Banks make this facility with through credit. The needs resource of Banks are provided with through barrowing from international markets. This study, evolution of banking sector in Turkey and is provided by sector of foreign resources effects to credits in country. In Study , domestic credit volüme, oversea indeptment and gross domestic product‟s data are used between 2000-2013 years. VAR model is applyed for analysis of data. Moreover, analysis are done from granger casuality test, impulse-response analysis and varyans analysis. Key Words: Bank, Credit and Barrowing
