Abstract (EN)

In our rapidly changing and globalized world, the concept of health is a concept that exhibits, on the one hand, the level of the development of nations, and has a role in the economic improvement of their societies on the other. Health is an indicator which depends on the socio-economic level of the societies and of their individuals. Moreover, the health sector take a quite important part in the real economies of all countries. Health services are reevaluated throughout the world, and risk management comes into prominence together with the effective and efficient usage of the sources and with the production of the qualified service.In recent years, in order to increase the effectiveness of organization, team working has become quite common. Teams are developed to need of competitive advantage, flexibility and speed and increase the participation of workers in the process of the organizations.The main aim of this study to measure the perception of doctors and nurses related to risk management, team work and relationship between these two concepts. Literature review has done firstly. Surveys are done by doctors and nurses in Dokuz Eylul University Hospital.The first section of the study includes the aim of the study and second part includes literature review. The methods and findings of the study are explained in third and forth parts. Findings and conclusion discussed in last part.Key Words: Risk, Risk Management, Teamwork
