Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it was aimed to prepared environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) for Project that supported by Institute of International Finance, performance standards of IIF adaptation process to standards of the projects. The Project assume to abide by IIF standards about environmental issues. Finance Institutions as a European Bank Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and World Bank is important for development of our country. The required to comply the standards of the institutions makes fact that environmental issues are unavoidable. Waste management, control mechanism of chemical material, air emission, consumption of energy, noise pollution, water and wastewater management are kept supervision by audits. In addition to environmental considerations, grievance mechanism and stakeholder participation are important to reduce the risks from the projects. It also IIF creates awareness that conversation and reuse of herbal soil. Key words: ESIA, World Bank, EBRD, IFC
