Since 1974 it has been one of the strongest money market now with the increasing daily trading volume. The participants of Forex market may be central banks and private banks or the participants with little accumulation of funds.Forex market has its specific fuctions. For instance you are supposed to know the basic structures like pip, spread and parity. It will be easier to understand the Forex market when the basic structures are learned. Also the analysts in these markets should analyse the market well.In the Forex market there are two methods of analysis. These analysis methods are the basic and technical ones. The basic analysis is the analysis of the market with macroeconomic data. In this work a few important macroeconomic data is handled and explained. The technical analysis is to analyse the market with the help of graphics or index and form estimates for the future. The remarkable part of the work has been seperated to the technical analysis. The main reason for this is that the technical analysis are commonly used by the Forex investors and it is more important than than the basic analysis.This study includes not only theoretical knowledge on the Forex Market, as well as contains information on the functioning of this market. Turkish Capital Markets Board Communique contain information about development of this market and also are given a survey on the perception of the forex markets in Turkey.Key Words: Forex Markets, İnformation of Turkish Capital Market Board Communique ,Turkey
