Abstract (EN)

The increasing trend of irregular migration has emerged as a major challenge for many countries, particularly European nations. In this regard, it is crucial for countries combatting migration to adhere to international agreements and fulfill their contractual responsibilities. The fulfillment of obligations arising from protocols and agreements with international actors, as well as the steps that Turkey will take, becomes of utmost importance due to the insufficient attention provided by the international community in addressing Turkey's migration issues. In the study, Turkey's struggle with the immigration and refugee problem will be summarized in the context of international law and the support of the international community it needs in this regard will be emphasized.
