Abstract (EN)
The quality of the disagreements due to the international commercialcontracts is complicated and the solution is also expensive. To prevent thesedisagreements someone can take measures during the stage of thearrangement and the stage of the negotiation of the contracts.The aim of this master thesis is the examination of some legal precautionsabout the disagreements which are possible to be made up and besides itanalyses the stages of the organization and the negotiation of theinternational commercial contracts.In this thesis, the arrangements, prepared by the other internationalinstitutions, are examined. On the other hand the incorporation and theapplication of these arrangements to the contracts are become an object ofthe thesis.Consequently, it is not possible to prevent the disagreements which are theresults of the internationl commercial contracts. But, we may largely preventthese disagreements by the help of the arrangements that will be made at thebegining of the negotiations.Key Words1. International Commercial Contracts2.
