A study on the usability problems of the university websites: An analysis of Başkent University website

This thesis research on Başkent University's website users usability problems consist of four main sections, references and appendices. Sections briefly as follows:In the first and second sections, conceptual framework would be formed through literature review in the direction of university web site usability principles. Başkent University website, which was determined within the thesis, would be evaluated by experts and students, and would be included in this research.In the conclusion part, usability issues of Başkent University website would be commented on and suggestions would be made in the light of the data obtained.
