Creating balanced scorecard and key performance indicator in production businesses: A practical

The impact of globalization which appeared from technological developments changed the competitive environment rapidly and continuously in social and economic fields. As a result of the Increasing competition for business is not limited to the borders of country obligates to have the businesses , the current strategy and putting them into practice. As the international level, Turkey also has many government agencies and private sector organizations that are aware of this change is different, and institutions have applied to enter the research strategy to carry into the future. One of the strategies started to be applied newly in our country of this research results,entered into the international and Turkish literature as Balanced Scorecard , although the Balanced Scorecard, rarely called as Coorparate Indicator , but commonly known as Total Success Indicator Key is a management system which is used by many organizations and companies. With using the Total Successes Indicator , organizations have reached a level that makes the measurements of intangible assets apart from the physical presence as the customer relationship, the flow of business processes, renewal ability, quality, performance of the employees, the value of the adequacy of information and communication technologies. Organizations have to make a strategic plan for the implementation of Total Successes Indicators that is in accordance with the vision , to achieve the vision which they can forward all of their resources. To be used for taking over the organization as a whole to convert the organizational vision into the strategies and business benefits. Total Performance Indicators have four perspectives as , financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, learning and growth perspective. In the evaluation phase of this system approach that will contribute to achieve the long time goals for organizations-companies, Annual Performance ratings will be created. After Implementing and measuring the success of the annual report card which All departments focused to achieve on their common goals will be showed that companies-organizations benefit how far or close appeared. Preparing on that report card metric criterias rather than subjective values, focusing on the objective value is extremely important for successful implementation.
