Abstract (EN)

The vibration isolation of the lathe machine has become more important each and each day. The forces which come off during processing time of the lathe machine are the reason of oscillation. These oscillations also impact the other lathe machines around. In addition to that those forces make so much noise. In order to decrease these kind of negativenesses by mounting an isolation material under the each of the column of the lathe machine which can absorb the same amount of vibration that comes off from the lathe to stop the vibration movement to be delivered to the ground. The vibration isolation material of the lathe machine can be made from various products. The material selection is related to mass of the lathe machine and the forces it genaretes. In this paper, the vibration isolation of the lathe machine is studied. In accordance with this purpose, the vibration of the trunk of lathe machine and the vibration of the ground was measured without using an isolation material afterwards the isolation material was added to the columns of the lathe machine then by the acceleration and the displacement values of the columns and the ground were measured simultaneously. The graphs were created between the values and it had been seen that the displacement and acceleration graphs are coherent to each other. The big difference has been seen between columns of the lathe machine and the ground on the displacement and acceleration values. The measured values with an isolation material has been noted lower than the values without an isolation material. It has been seen that the amount of the vibration which was being delivered to the ground was decreased with the use of a dumper on the column of the lathe machine.
